By using this form, you are applying for a (partial) refund of your Kärntner Skipass season pass in accordance with the valid guidelines of Kärntner Skipass Vertriebs & Marketing GmbH.

Each request will be reviewed individually. Please note that it may take some time to review your request. A (partial) refund is not guaranteed.

Any refund amount will usually be credited directly to your personal Kärntner Skipass customer account (online wallet) and can be conveniently redeemed for future online purchases.

Skipass (Pflichtfeld)
Take a photo of the front of your Kärntner Skipass season pass.
Invoice / receipt (required)
Take a photo of the original receipt! Or the booking confirmation from the online shop. Bank statement or debit slip cannot be accepted.
Medical certificate / confirmation (Pflichtfeld)
Take a photo of the confirmation from your doctor (medical certificate) or hospital (e.g. ambulance report). The reason for your refund request (e.g. skiing accident) must be clearly stated.
